Following the season’s steps, DLT launched its first seven-layer dryer for mass production in India. This March is a month for big harvest as to LT Family. Soon after the slab tile line being started up in Cruso factory on 10th of March, a few miles away, a new DLT kiln in Bravat factory has started to deliver tiles to the line. Once again a time for saying Cheers!
To Bravat, LT Group supplied3 sets of HLT’s hot sale model of YP5609 presses, a DLT’s DFC super wide roller kiln, an innovated version of DHD-EF7 seven-layer dryer, targeting a daily output of 15000m2 tiles.
The mostimportant thing is that the innovation design of DLT’s EF series seven-layer dryer has taken us to a completely new stage of drying technology. For example, it is the first seven layer dryer manufactured in China, the first seven-layer dryer supplied to Indian market and the first seven-layer dryer put in use in India. The dryer has 11 independent self-circulation modules with large drying chambers, featuring a reasonable inter-layer height, a perfect pipe route design, a scientific thermal conduction and distribution system and fully automatic control. In addition, its overall dimensions are well designed to fit the international marine container’s height limit so that it can largely save transportation cost for the customers.
DHD-EF7 seven-layer dryer is not only efficient, uniform, fast and energy-saving, but also able to suit various sizes of tiles and large scopes of drying cycles, hence it is the best choice for drying 600*600mm soluble tiles, 800*800mm double charged tiles, 1200*2400mm glazed &polished slab tiles as well as 1600*3200mm slim tiles. The dryer consumes only the recycled hot air from the cooling zone of kiln without any extra heat source, greatly saving energy and land space. It is no doubt a herofor drying tiles.
