(hereinafterreferred to as "Orient Prosperity ") in Jiajiang district, Sichuanprovince, at 8:18am, the ignition ceremony of the industrial 4.0 energy savingbenchmark supply by DLT that is the first 3mm super toughness sintered slab kilnin southwest China was held.
At the same time, the NO.2 Technicalrenovation of sintered slab kiln project supplied by DLT was also ignited.Another new 3mm super toughness sintered slab is also being installed in a raceagainst time and entering countdown ignition mode.
Fang Haiqiong, the chairman ofOrient Prosperity Ceramics, Mr. David, the sales director of HLT&DLT, ChenHong, DLT Sales manager of southwest Region, Gaoxin and other people attendedthe ignition ceremony.
Founded in October 2013 and locatedin Jiajiang district Economic Development Zone, Orient Prosperity is a ceramicproduction enterprise integrating ceramics research and development,production, sales and service. The production base covers an area of more than 330,000m2,the ceramic sales exhibition hall covers more than 20,000 m2,the total asset is 800 million CNY and it has the staff more than 1200 people,which produces each kind of ceramic wall floor tile more than 30 million sqm.
In order to meet the market demand and enhance the brand competitiveness,Orient Prosperity has focused on the introduction of the new YEB sintered slabproduction line combination of the industry 4.0 energy saving benchmark seriesupgraded by DLT. The two sides are committed to creating healthy, modern,natural style slab brand products.
The project includes: two sintered slab kilns, one EM7 efficientself-circulating 7-layer dryer, one glaze line dryer in front of printer with oneglaze line dryer after printer and one glaze line dryer in front of kiln. Italso has two kiln self-circulating dryer front of kiln and other auxiliaryequipment.
This kiln can meet production specifications for 1200*2400 (mm), 1200*2700(mm), 1200*3000 (mm), 1000*3000 (mm), 2700/3000 (mm), thickness of 3, 6, 9mmsintered slab, and the design output is 7,500m/day.
The whole line module of kiln is equipped with scientific configuration.The color is fashionable and versatile. It is pure and fresh, elegant andgenerous, which is in harmony with 3mm sintered slab.
With the application of a numberof patented technologies and high-precision energy saving burner deployed byDLT, the kiln has the advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency,strong stability and high degree of intelligence, and it has made greatprogress in innovation and quality in the aspects of fast firing, sulfide issue,preheating and heating, cutting loss elimination.
Orient Prosperity is friendly partner of HLT&DLT. In the new round ofproduct upgrades, has also introduced HLT popular models: one YP16890 hydraulicpress and two YP10090 hydraulic presses, taking into account the need for avariety of product specifications and thickness to be able to cope with informing aspects, from ordinary tiles to slab/sintered slab.
The ignition ofthis sinteredslab production line is not only an important achievement for OrientProsperity to accelerate the construction, but also a new leap andmilestone for the industrial transformation and upgrading of the porcelaincapital in western China, which highlights the high quality sintered slabequipment of HLT&DLT entering the southwest China market.
