Energy Saving TechnologyDHR is a well-designed heat recovery system.
With the smart pipeline design and controlling system, the combustion air will be heated up to the temperature according to the requirement from the exhausted cooling air which was supposed to discharge directly.
This system including:
―Pipeline and heat refractory insulation from final cooling zone that can be heated-recovery to
heat exchange zone;
―Larger capacity heat exchange fan and upgrade turbine material;
―Pressure self-control system of heat exchange and cooling suction fan;
―Adequate heat refractory insulation for heat recovery pipelines, combustion air pipelines and
branches pipelines;
―Burner equipped with newly designed high temperature butterfly valve.
