News CenterWith themoderately coming breeze of autumn, and with the uprising name of LT family inthe industry, complete plant projects are in full swing as more and moredomestic and overseas customers are seeking for them. Recently on October 28th,a complete plant project supplied by LT Group for manufacturing permeablebricks in the factory of Huizhou Jinqi Technology Limited,launched the massproduction successfully. After a short period of test running, the plant runswell to the customer’s best satisfaction with stable quality and good flatnessof tiles. The remarkable result adds one more successful example to the familyof completed permeable brick projects by LT Group, which includes JiangsuLetou, YixingHuidang, Shandong Yijing, Guangdong Sponge City, Guangdong Jingyu,Henan Zhongguang, etc.
The Jinqicomplete plant project boasts HLT’sYPT1500 hydraulic presses specialized for permeable brick with the servoejecting device and a pressing force up to 15000KN. The press is capable topress four pieces of permeable bricks, each with 10 kg weight, in a work cycle.Every cycle of pressing is rapidly repeated with extreme precision to formuniform and compact permeable bricks.
Theproject also boasts a DLT high-tech natural gas type roller kiln specializedforpermeable brick with the latest technology. The kiln is able to produce a widerange of brick sizes of 300*300*55, 300*600*55 and 200*100*55 mm. The designideas of DLT - “Energy saving, low resource consumption and environmentfriendly”– are rooted in the whole design of kiln to satisfy variousrequirements of the customers. The driving system of kiln is featured with theinverter control in groups. The lateral walls of high temperature zone of kilnare insulated by nano fiber boards with super low heat conductivitycoefficient. With the visual digital management, not only the energy is saved,the operation becomes easier, but also the thermal insulation is increased whilethe heat loss is reduced, in addition to an improved work environment withtolerable ambient temperature for the workers to workhappily.
As we know, the carriageways of urban roads inChina are normally paved with cement or bitumen and the paving material forwalkways and squares are basically impermeable. However, the permeable brickswith 40~50% porosity are able to let rain water penetrate through so that theunderground water can be replenished automatically. As a result, the problem ofdescending level of underground water can be partially solved. Furthermore,since a notable part of rain fall has penetrated underground, the urban drainagesystem has less pressure for discharging on occasions of heavy storms. Thepermeable brick meets the requirement of modern people’s ecological andenvironment protection ideas, and their expectation of a colorful and culturalurban life style. In answer to the government’s call of building sponge citiesin our country, and realizing the increasing importance of permeable brick, HuizhouJinqi Technology Limited developed their own permeable brick products, hopingto contribute their efforts to the building of sponge cities.
