News CenterA new slab tileproduction line supplied by LT Family (a group of ceramic machinery companiesincluding HLT, DLT and ZLT based in Foshan) was recently put in use in MOTTOGROUP’s SLIM plant in Morbi, Gujarat, India.
As designed forproducing super wide ceramic slabs, the line is LT Group’s first slabtilecomplete line project in India. Since the customer has targeted theirproductsat the European and American markets as well as the rapidly developingAsian high-end tilemarket, all the aspects of project, from design tomanufacturing, until installation and commissioning, are stringently requiredand highly expected by the customer in terms of quality and performance, andare finally realizedby LT Group with zero default or imperfection.
The line boasts4 sets of 40-ton ZLT batch ball mills, a HLT’s YP7509 press, a SYSTEM’s GEA22000 press, a DLT’s 42-meter five layer dryer and a210-meterDFL roller kiln,and a CMF’s tile storage system.
Armed withinnovated manufacture technique and optimized thermal design, DLT’s EL seriesof five layer dryer and DFL firing kiln specialized for super wide slab tilesare guaranteed by the independently developed core technology, and have wonwide recognition in the Indian market for producing various sizes of slabtiles, such as 800*800, 800*1200, 800*1600, 900*1800, 1000*1000, 1000*2000, 1200*1200and 1200*2400mm. With the features of easiness for tile size alteration,convenience for firing curve modification, low rate of energy consumption, theyhave been chosen by lots of Indian customers as the typical configuration ofproduction line for slab tile manufacture.
From the trial production of 600*1200mmsize, to the regular production of 1200*1200，900*1800 and 1200*2400mmsizes, the whole installation and commissioning work is carried out smoothly tothe best satisfaction of the customer. Thanks to the local service team andtheir professional attitude and hardworking, DLT is able to root deeply in theIndian market and provide a qualified long term service to the customers.
The ceramic industry of India has experienced an unprecedented boomin the last three years due to a rapid development of India’s house buildingindustry for commercial and residential use, as well as a considerable increasein India’s citizen per capita disposable income. Until now, LT Family hassupplied 8 complete lines for slab production to the Indian market. All theselines will be completed and put in use in the coming few monthsone afteranother. DLT has already bonded its name with the label of slab tile and will furtherdevote itself to the Indian ceramic industry with its advanced, intelligent andautomaticcomplete line equipment.
